You've received an Online Question from your hospital.
This is a question sent by text message from your hospital. It's separate from your Patient Portal, so you won't be able to find it by logging in, you can only access it through the unique link sent in the text message.
What do I need to do?
Open the link in your text message and answer the question. You'll be asked to respond with Yes, No, or Unsure.
Why is the hospital asking me this?
Hospitals usually use these questions to keep their waiting lists up to date or to ask you a simple yes/no question.
What if I don't reply?
Not replying won't affect your care, but we do recommend responding so the hospital can record your answer.
What if I need to change my response or have a question about my care?
DrDoctor sends digital communications on behalf of hospitals. We don't manage your care; your hospital team does. You need to contact your hospital directly for any further questions or to change your response. You'll find their details in any letter or text message they've sent you, or on their website.
Alternatively, you can find the contact details for every NHS England Trust here.
