How to switch between paper and digital letters

You always have the option to choose whether you prefer to receive paper or digital letters.

To Switch by Text Message:

• Go paperless: Reply with DIGITAL to any SMS from 07860 039092
• Get paper letters: Reply with PRINT to any SMS from 07860 039092

This number is used by your hospital to send appointment messages via DrDoctor.

To update your paperless preferences online:

1. Log in to your patient portal
2. Go to Settings
3. Click the 'view your letters online' switch highlighted below to NO
