Why might this happen.
- The form is for someone else who shares your contact details (e.g., a family member or someone under your care). Try logging in with their information.
- You are a patient at more than one hospital that uses DrDoctor, and the system is logging you into the wrong one.
How to Fix it
Follow these steps:
- Go to https://drdoctor.thirdparty.nhs.uk.
- Scroll down and click "Sign in with another provider"

- On the next screen, enter:
- Your last name
- Your date of birth
- Your postcode
- Then click Continue.
- Choose the correct hospital from the list.
- You will receive a security code on your saved phone number.
- Enter the code to access your forms.
Important: If you’re a patient at multiple hospitals, make sure to sign out after completing your form.
Still having Trouble?
If you’re not asked to choose a hospital, your contact details might be out of date in the hospital system. This can cause the system to log you into the wrong account.
To fix this:
- Contact the hospital you’re trying to access.
- Ask them to check and update your contact details.
You can find the hospital’s contact info on letters or text messages they’ve sent you or their official website
