If your hospital asked you to answer an online question about your treatment but the link doesn’t work, here’s why:
- The hospital may have closed the link already.
- The question has expired
- Your device does not recognise the link you have received and it is asking to log you into the patient portal incorrectly.
What you can try
- Copy and paste the unique link you have received directly in your web browser and this should allow you to open your question.
- Contact your hospital directly for any questions about your care.
Important to Know
- These questions help hospitals validate waiting lists and speed up your care.
- Not replying won’t affect your care or place on the waiting list unless the message specifies otherwise.
- Your hospital will either send a new link later or contact you another way if they need to hear from you.
Please note - DrDoctor do not manage messages sent by hospitals. That means we cannot:
- Send new links for them
- Provide details about the appointment or communication
