1. You are logged into the incorrect provider
If you are a patient at multiple providers that use DrDoctor, you may have been logged into the wrong one.
-
Click "Sign out" (top right-hand corner) and log in again using the link provided.
-
Alternatively, click "Sign in with another care provider" (found under the NHS login or Continue button, depending on your location).
2. You have mismatched Personal Details
If the surname, date of birth, or postcode you entered does not match the hospital’s records, your letter won’t appear.
-
Contact your hospital directly to ensure their records are correct and up to date.
-
DrDoctor cannot update this information for you.
-
You can find their contact details on their website, on a recent letter, or via the NHS Trust contact list for England.
3. Shared Contact Information
The letter may be for someone else registered under the same contact details (e.g., a family member or someone in your care). Try logging in with their details.
