How can I update my contact details?

DrDoctor does not manage your contact details. Your hospital controls this information.

We cannot update your phone number or email address for you.
 

To update your contact details:

1. Contact your hospital directly.
2. You can find their phone number or email address on any letter or text message from your hospital or on the NHS England Trust contact list:  NHS Trust contact list for England.
    

To add extra contact details to your patient portal:

• You can add more mobile phone numbers or email addresses in the Patient Portal.
• Go to Settings in the Patient Portal and click 'Add New'.
  
  

Note: You can only add UK mobile phone numbers.
