What if I don't read my letter online?

Don't worry, digital letters are completely optional. If you can't access your letter online, the hospital will send you a paper copy within a few days as a backup. If you don't receive a copy in the post, we suggest giving the hospital a call.

If you prefer to always receive paper copies of your letters, you can request this by replying "PRINT" to any text message from your hospital, or by visiting the "Settings" page of your patient portal.
