Managing your contact preferences for DrDoctor notifications

DrDoctor provides digital services on behalf of hospitals across the country. These services may include appointment notifications, online rescheduling, video consultations, digital letters, and remote care assessments.

To manage your contact details for notifications and reminders, please log in to the patient portal. Once you are logged in, navigate to the 'Settings' option, where you can verify your details and choose to opt in or opt out of receiving notifications via your phone number or email address from your hospital. 

Additionally, you have the option to add multiple phone numbers or email addresses to receive notifications from your care provider.
 

Please note that communication preferences and details updated via the patient portal will not be reflected in your hospital record. To ensure that your hospital records are up to date, please contact your care provider directly to make any necessary updates.
